HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept cash, debit or credit card and cheque at the door, or you can pay us via bank transfer. Whatever you prefer.
WHO WILL DO MY CLEANING?
Each team member arrives in a branded vehicle, wears a uniform and carries I.D so you know exactly who is calling every time.
DO YOU WORK IN THE RAIN?
We work in all weather, all year round. Rain doesn’t make your windows dirty, it actually helps with the rinsing process. Gutter clearance may have to be rescheduled in wet weather due to the use of electrical equipment.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE CLEANING?
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy, please, please, please let us know of any problems (within 3 days). We will happily return free of charge to do it again.

HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?
Simply give us a call or drop us an email stating your name, phone number, address and service required. We will arrange a convenient time to quote your required services. Once accepted we will fit you in to our schedule as soon as possible.
CAN YOU CLEAN MY WINDOWS IN THE TRADITIONAL WAY?
Working at height is a risk. Whilst we occasionally use ladders to access flat roofs, we prefer to keep both feet on the ground where possible. Our water is stripped of all impurities resulting in a streak-free finish every time.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN YOU COME TO CLEAN?
Many of our customers are out when we work. If necessary we will text or call you the day before to request you leave your gate or garage unlocked to allow us access. Upon completion we will invoice you via email. Simple
